Multi Trade Operative

Daniel Owen are looking for Multi Trade Operatives for remedial and restoration works on properties within Walsall and surrounding areas primarily on insurance projects.

Location: Walsall and surrounding areas

Position: Temporary to Permanent
Pay: �20.00 to �21.00 per hour (Self Employed)

About the Role
Daniel Owen is currently seeking experienced Multi Skilled Operatives to join our team working within live environments in and around Walsall.

What will I be doing?
You will be responsible for resolving issues at customer homes, making use of your trade or construction experience. You will ensure the job is completed quickly and to the highest quality. The ultimate goal is to leave the customer satisfied and happy with the outcome.

As a Multi Trade Operative, you'll:

• Provide excellent customer service in a polite, professional manner.
• Be on-site to resolve issues related to general building, carpentry, plaster patching, painting, ceramic tiling, and more.
• Work efficiently and within a tight schedule to meet customer expectations.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work environment and be punctual.

What skills do I need?
We are seeking professional tradespeople with a multi-trade background, including expertise in:

• General Building
• Carpentry (essential)
• Plaster Patching
• Painting and Decorating (essential)
• Ceramic Tiling
• Heating & Plumbing (desirable but not essential)
