Multi Trade Operative

I am looking for a Multi Trade operative to work around Norwich and the surrounding areas for a large housing association in the region. The role is a permanent position and involves work around Norwich and Lowestoft.

Responsibilities for the Multi Trade include:

• Working in line with the company's vision of fixing repairs first time, improving quality and providing a positive first response.
• Working on your own initiative to ensure that call backs' to repairs are minimised and that fix right first time' repairs are maximised.
• Dealing with tenant enquiries professionally and courteously.
• All elements of multi work

The Multi Trade will have:

• Carpentry and joinery qualification
• Plumbing experience
• Painting and decorating experience
• Full UK drivers license
• Experience working within social housing
