Multi Trade Operative

We are currently looking for a Multi trade operative in Nottingham and surrounding areas to join a well-established facilities management company on a permanent basis. This role includes a company van, fuel card and potential earning of up to �35,000+
As a Multi trade operative, you will complete:

• All aspects of carpentry
• All aspects of plumbing
• UPVC windows & doors
• Flooring
• Patch plastering
• Tiling
• Painting & Decorating
• General building maintenance

I am looking for a Multi trade operative who:

• Has a full UK driving licence
• Has relevant industry experience
• Has relevant experience within social housing

In return, the Multi trade operative will receive:

• �15.91 per hour basic rate
• Company van & fuel card
• Company mobile phone
• 37.5 hours a week
• Power tools provided
• Call out & overtime available paid at time and a half
• Occasional working away (all expenses paid)
• 24 days annual leave plus bank holiday
• Pension scheme
• Permanent employment
