Job Title: Multi-Trade / Multi-Skilled Operative
Location: Leicester
Salary: �200 per day
Contract Type: Full-time, Contract Work

Our client is currently seeking a highly skilled Multi-Trade / Multi-Skilled Operative to join our team in Leicester.

As a key member of my clients workforce, you will carry out a variety of tasks across different trades, working on a diverse range of projects. This is a great opportunity for a versatile and experienced operative looking to showcase their skills and join a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of maintenance, repairs, and installations across various trades, including but not limited to: carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, plastering, tiling, and general building maintenance.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard in a timely and efficient manner.
• Take on multiple trade-related tasks as required, providing flexibility and reliability on-site.
• Communicate effectively with clients and the management team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and materials to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Work to health and safety regulations and comply with site-specific requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in multiple trades (minimum of 3 trades).
• Full UK driving license and own vehicle.
• Own tools and equipment appropriate to your trade.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Previous experience in residential or commercial projects is desirable.
