Location: covering Barnet, Enfield, Haringey, Camden, Islington Hackney, Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea & Hammersmith & Fulham.
I am looking for an experienced Multi Trade Plumber for a temp to permanent contract with a large contractor in the social housing industry
Get on with other trades and be an asset to the projects progress.

• There is 3 months work with the option to stay on permanently 
• Usual 8- 9 hour day 5-6 days a week.
• and full PPE required
• The sites will be around north west London and is an immediate start for the right candidate

Temp hourly rate £19.50 per hour, (Permanent Salary £38,550 per annum)
Van & fuel card provided (no more than 6 points)
We are looking for a Multi trade Plumber to join our in-house reactive maintenance service in the North region covering Barnet, Enfield, Haringey, Camden, Islington Hackney, Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea & Hammersmith & Fulham.
 
It is essential to have a manual driving license to carry out this role and you must have your own hand tools (larger tools and specialist equipment will be arranged if needed) 
 
Our plumbers are expected to deal with all aspects of Plumbing repairs and replacements of sinks water tanks, and bathrooms.  In addition to plumbing you will have associated skills and experience in basic carpentry, tiling, painting/decorating and patch plastering repairs.
 
We will expect you to have effective communication skills, have experience of working in a building and/or housing maintenance environment including a knowledge of a varied housing stock.
A DBS Check will be carried out on completion of interviews for the right candidate.
