Multi Trade Plumber

We are recruiting for an experienced/qualified Plumber Multi Trader to join our Voided Property Team in Oxfordshire. A company van and fuel card will be provided, ensuring you won't be out of pocket while traveling for work.

Plumber Multi Traders Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance in properties
• Install replacement sanitary ware, baths, shower trays, level decks, and associated equipment
• Install new pipework, taps, and kitchen sinks
• Repair water mains supplies, heating systems, drainage, and domestic appliances
• Cold water storage tank maintenance and renewal
• Conduct basic carpentry, plastering, tiling, decorating, and general maintenance tasks as needed

Plumber Multi Trader Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or at least 5 years of experience in the trade
• Strong customer service skills, with experience working in occupied premises
• Health and safety awareness and knowledge of best practices
• Ability to use mobile technology (iPad/PDA)
• A current CSCS card is desirable
• Full, clean driving license with at least 1 year of driving experience

Plumber Multi Trader Details:

• 40 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime and call-outs
• Permanent role with a salary of �35,000 per annum available
• Subject to a satisfactory driving license check, qualifications check, and basic DBS disclosure
