Job Role: Site Supervisor

Location: A mobile role covering the wider South East region, with a focus on areas surrounding London

Red Sky Personnel is recruiting a�Site Supervisor�on behalf of a leading insurance-related property repair specialist. This role involves overseeing repairs to domestic and commercial properties across London and the South East.
Key Responsibilities:

• Visit ongoing sites to prepare reports on job progress, health & safety, and project progression.


• Monitor health and safety compliance on-site.


• Liaise effectively with tradespeople and customers to ensure smooth project execution.


• Conduct quality control checks to uphold high standards of workmanship.

Day-to-Day Duties:

• Supervise and monitor progress on 5-15 active sites.


• Oversee multi-trade operatives to ensure timely and quality repairs.

Requirements:

• Driving Licence�


• Strong building knowledge, ideally with a trade background.


• SMSTS or Health & Safety qualifications are preferred but not essential.


• Excellent communication and organisational skills.


• A proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
