Job Title: Multi Trade

Location: Newcastle

Start Date: Temporary ongoing (self employed CIS)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30am - 5pm

Salary:  £18 to £20 per hour CIS DOE trade skills and experience

Company & Project:

ARC Group are recruiting for experienced Multi Trade for a well established building maintenance contractor. The successful candidate should have experience working on maintenance projects and be responsible for the repairs and maintenance works within the Newcastle area, working on social housing contractor. 

Duties & Responsibilities of a Multi Trader:

• As the Multi Trader you'll be required to have a range of trade skills in plastering, carpentry, tiling, painting, kitchen /bathroom fits and basic plumbing.
• As the Multi Trader you’ll complete allocated works in void and tenanted properties.

Desirable Experience & Qualifications for the role of Multi Trader:

• Valid UK driving licence (Essential)
• Must have proven work experience
• Experience working on maintenance projects
• Health and Safety Aware
