Multi trade

We are looking for a Multi Trader to join our team, based in Swindon. You will be working for a highly established contractor within the social housing sector, focusing on day-to-day repairs and planned works.
Some benefits the Multi Trader will receive:

• �20 per hour
• Temp to perm position
• Company van provided

As a Multi Trader, you will be responsible for:

• Maintenance work in occupied housing
• Minor plumbing swaps and repairs
• Boxing in pipes, tiling, and patching
• Minor carpentry repairs

The successful Multi Trader will:

• Be competent in basic plumbing and carpentry repairs
• Hold a full current driving license
• Have their own hand tools

The experience required for the Multi Trader role:

• Ability to complete basic plumbing and carpentry repairs
• Tiling and patching experience
• Previous experience in domestic or social housing repairs
