The Company
Housing Maintenance Specialist, carrying out repairs and maintenance in a professional manner. Contracts are mainly in Epsom as well as, Crawley, Redhill & Horley.      The team environment is very friendly and down to earth, the company is doing everything possible to build a fantastic team environment.

The Role

• Multi Trade construction & maintenance

• Receive & complete works via PDA device
• Work safely in accordance with H&S
• Carpentry, Plumbing, Tiling, Plastering, Painting & Decorating, Fencing, Paving

Skills & Experience

• Relevant industry qualifications (NVQ, CSCS)
• Full UK Drivers License
• Social Housing experience preferred
