Based in Lowdham, NG14
Offering: £11.44 - £25.00 per annum dependant on experience (weekly pay)
Full time, temp to perm contract
We are recruiting for a Multi Tradesperson to undertake a wide range of maintenance works in tenanted properties and communal areas which include decorating, joinery and general maintenance and repairs.
The Role: Care and maintenance of tools, plant, materials and additional company property.
Health and Safety of self and others in the workplace in accordance with company policy.
Delivery of works allocated to quality required within set timescales.
Compliance with instructions and directives from line management and the Central Coordination Team
To comply with relevant company Health & Safety Policy, instructions and directives.
To deliver fabric repairs in both occupied and void properties.
To undertake out of hours callout duties as per rota requirements.
The Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday between 7am-5pm
The Location: Lowdham, NG14
The Person:
Essential: Previous experience in a similar role
Essential: City & Guilds, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in joinery or similar discipline OR Time served apprenticeship in a relevant trade
Essential: Current full UK driving licence
Experience in joinery and tiling along with basic plumbing and plastering would be desirable
Trustworthy and reliable
Must be able to follow security and safety processes
Essential: Must be able to pass a enhanced DBS check
Good Interpersonal skills
Strong Time Management
Good IT skills
Good awareness and understanding of personal health and safety , method statements and risk assessments
