Your Team Our Allianz Multinational Insurance Program team is a dedicated group of specialists, who deliver our unique selling proposition (USP) through technical excellence, the Allianz Network and a relentless focus on clients. You will report to our head of Multinational Business Model Transformation and Process Redesign and become part of a global and dynamic team of Multinational professionals. The Impact You Will Have You will be responsible for driving the optimisation of the processes with the objective to improve employee engagement, customer satisfaction (Net Promoter Score), drive automation and productivity initiatives. In this role, you will leverage your industry knowledge, deep understanding of Multinational value chain and processes, and competitor benchmarking to enable design and implement new Multinational business models, including process design and implementation. Your key responsibilities will include leading the design and implementation of changes relevant to achieve targeted processes. Collect data,work with Celonisand other analytics insightsreports, analysethe process and data to identify route causesand come up with solution implementation; create control & monitor plans that ensure improvement and optimisation. You will lead/facilitate assigned process redesign projects, support ongoing Multinational transformational projects. Some of your specific responsibilities could include: Analyse processes in close cooperation with the business unit to verify optimisation potential Design and implement new global processes relevant for Multinational business Contribute to the initiatives relevant to Multinational community driving NPS, Employee Engagement and Productivity Maintain and improve KPIs monitoring process with focus on transparent impact assessment Enable and lead assigned process changes related to transformational projects Drive implementation of business needs for a change and propose optimal solutions Proactively engagewith various stakeholders (e.g. Multinational community, Business Excellence team, Market Practice, Network Management, Transformational teams etc) What You ll Bring to the Role You ll be an experienced professional in Corporate & Specialty Insurance with a hands-on understanding of Multinational Insurance Programs and associated life-cycle. Ideally you also have a legal or Underwriting/Multinational program background to understand complex and comprehensive legal documents, and be able to translate and contextualize for Allianz Commercial, our Lines of Business and International Insurance Program (IIP) processes. You have a proven track record of success in driving process optimisation and automation and have a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices. Around 7 years of experience as Business Analyst / Data Analyst/ Process Architect or as a senior Multinational program coordinator or expert Experience using tools for reporting or interpreting data Celonisor equivalent Ability to manage major international projects and lead process changes Understanding of software development project cycles Experience using Adonis diagram/ Visio or other tools using for process mapping Fluent in English, additional languages will be beneficial Change managementexperience Additionally you could have: Experience in transformational and software development projects as PM or PO Underwriting and Reinsurance experience 50199 Product Management Professional Allianz Commercial Full-Time Permanent What s in it for you?
