ATA Recruitment has partnered up with a well-established FMCG company that specialises in products for the retail sector. The company who has been successfully trading for over 20 years with a turnover of 30 million and has recently experienced high demand for their product allowing them to put plans in place to grow the production and engineering departments. These plans will include installing new lines and adding two experienced multiskilled maintenance engineers to their team.
ATA Recruitment is looking to speak with an experienced Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer from the manufacturing sector based in the Boston area or someone close by.
Key accountabilities for the position of Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer
React to breakdowns.
Planned Preventative Maintenance
Oversee Maintenance activities, ensuring planned maintenance is applied to all equipment to achieve maximum site efficiency and minimize downtime.
Electrical and Mechanical fault finding
Replace and repair electrical components.
Requirements for the position of Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer
An experienced Maintenance Engineer, working within an FMCG environment,
A good understanding of both electrical and mechanical component maintenance
A hands-on, team Player.
Qualifications Minimum NVQ level 3, apprenticeship, city, and guilds
Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills.
