THE COMPANY

Our client is a regional contractor with a large amount of work in the area. Our client’s aim is to deliver quality design and build, new build and refurbishment work on a range of projects from education, commercial, healthcare, leisure, industrial and mixed-use development schemes. They always wish to exceed the customers’ expectations with prompt and faultless delivery.

THE OPPORTUNITY

An opportunity has arisen for a Multi-Skilled Operative with good experience to work throughout the on various commercial contracts and project work. This will be covering the M4 and M5 Corridor.

The successful individuals will need to have experience working on their own initiative, completing all aspects of building maintenance and general repairs to a high standard.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent knowledge and experience#


• Problem solving providing solutions is essential


• Willing to work as an individual and as part of a team


• Have excellent communication skills


• Basic experience of other trades is desirable.


• Have a positive attitude


• Must hold a full UK driving license


• Participation on an on-call rota


• NVQ/City & Guilds


• Trade Qualification


• 3+ Years Minimum in a trade


• Enhanced DBS will be required

Annual Salary:

£35k-£40k (+ Van, Fuel + Package)
