Please note this is a fixed term contract / secondment opportunity for a period of 12 months.
This position requires the successful candidate to attend the office in Chelmsford 1-2 days per week, with the remainder of your time being remote/home based if desired.
Essex County Council (ECC) operates one of the largest Music Education Hubs in the UK through a grant from Arts Council England and has undergone significant transformational change recently to broaden and improve its offer to the young people of Essex.
The Music Services Administration Assistant will provide the capacity to undertake and deliver the administration needed to ensure the day-to-day work continues smoothly. This role will be central to the Service, with a focus on ensuring all frontline delivery is administrated in a timely manner and will work with the Finance Officer and Administration Officer to ensure accuracy in the collation of all data required.
This role will also take a lead on ensuring the accuracy and continued implementation of the Music Services internal administration system.
