Music Teacher

Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Music Teacher to join a well-established school in Northolt on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for music education and the ability to inspire students of all abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging music lessons to students in line with the national curriculum.


• Prepare students for performances, exams, and other musical events.


• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.


• Assess and track student progress, providing feedback and support where necessary.


• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the music program and contribute to extra-curricular activities.


• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of music education and pedagogy.

Requirements:

• Degree in Music or a related field.


• Proven experience teaching music at primary or secondary level.


• Strong classroom management skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Commitment to professional development and lifelong learning.


• Enhanced DBS check (or willing to undergo one).
