Cover People are working closely with a Good rated secondary school in North Manchester to recruit a Drum Tutor to work closely with the Music department!

The school are looking for a Drum Tutor on a temporary to permanent basis to join a supportive and welcoming school in a desirable location with excellent transport links. This role is perfect for a committed candidate with excellent Drum skills to work on a one-to-one basis or in small groups with 11–16-year-olds to help improve their drum technique. This is a great opportunity for a Music Teacher looking for a lighter timetable OR a Drum specialist interested in working within schools.

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will have a Degree in Music however this isn’t mandatory
• Excellent Drum skills
• Desire to be a permanent member of staff
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion to impact students to create a productive environment for students

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. The above vacancy is a temporary position. Occasionally, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date. We offer flexibility with this, as we understand some candidates may not wish to commit to a permanent contract.
