At TropicanaBrandsGroup we are passionate about nourishing & delighting our consumers, one sip at a time We are currently recruiting for a National Account executive ( on Fixed term contract - 12 Months ) We are looking for an Account Executive supporting the grocery and ecommerce aspect of our business to join our team. The post-holder will be responsible for delivering commercial performance, leading an account and supporting a Senior Account Managers with account support and administration of customers. Role with predominantly focus on Ocado but will also support in Waitrose and Amazon This is a great opportunity to play an important role at an exciting time in our journey. In this role, you will : Manage Ocado, Waitrose and Amazon Account, providing support and administration for Grocery accounts. Lead account forecasting in collaboration with Finance and Demand Planning. This includes Base, NPD, Promotional forecasting, and ensuring financial accuracy. Assist National Account Managers, & Customer Business Managers in developing a successful Juice AOP. Maintain strong trading relationships and wiring plans. Evaluate and review promotional performance with category teams to make necessary adjustments. Collaborate internally across category, finance, shopper marketing, merchandising, eCommerce, and supply chain to maximise performance through WCCE. Oversee field priorities and execution calendar when needed. Administer and account for sales investments, especially promotions. This includes promotion reviews, invoice validation, and managing deductions and claims. Support the period close process, handling accruals and balance sheet reconciliations. Own Trade Promotion and Settlements reporting for each account, including weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports. Work closely with the sales team and other business stakeholders to implement new business processes, especially around SAP and TPM implementation. This list covers the main duties you will undertake but other duties will be required and added to as required to meet project and business needs. Flexibility to support the business is essential to the role. The successful candidate will have : Excellent relationship building skills Experience of working with and influencing multiple contacts Proficient in selling Good analytical skills, combined with strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Core understanding of managing financial concepts and strong attention to detail. Proactive individual with strong prioritization skills and drive for results. Proven experience working with cross functional teams to deliver joint goals. This role is based in Farringdon and it will be required to come to the office 2 days a week.
