A great opportunity to for a National Account Manager to join a Consumer Care Brand within the UK retail team. My client are seeking an excellent communicator with strong retail account management experience to join the team and take responsibility of management of Waitrose.This role is a 6 month FTC that has the opportunity to turn permanent with strong performance.In this role you will be responsible for the development of the customer with with the intention to maximize sales whilst respecting the brand's credentials.What You Will DoDrive sales and profit across Waitrose including having P&L responsibility.Development and implementation of strategic and commercial plans to allow for desired growth.Reporting on sales performance, forecasting and development of stretched plansDrive product and brand excellence. Build strong relationships with accounts to maximise business growth and opportunities.Work cross functionally to explore and capitalise on opportunities and drive efficiencies.Develop strong relationships with key buyers in the consumer care category What You Will NeedBSc/BA hons degree or equivalent2+ years experience in an account management for a Consumer Goods BusinessStrong commercial & analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities to drive long term profitability.Proven track record of delivering outstanding business results and exceeding targets.Entrepreneurial flair with excellent negotiation, presentation and influencing skillsHighly skilled at building and cultivating multi-level relationships both internally and with retailers.Experience in full P&L accountabilityProven success in managing a number of projects to tight deadlinesHighly organized and able to demonstrate strategic thinking
