Are you a seasoned professional in contractor management, eager to step into a strategic role with a renowned company? Look no further!
The Opportunity:
Were seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our contractor management strategies. Youll drive the evolution of our self-employed delivery contractor model, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
£55,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus £5,688 pa car allowance, bonus, and benefits.
(Negotiable depending on experience)
Your Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement cutting-edge strategies and procedures to optimize our contractor management processes.
● Advise and direct our operations teams managing a network of self-employed delivery contractors and delivery rounds across multiple locations.
● Forge strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and third-party entities.
● Provide expert guidance on legislative compliance and contract development.
● Proactively address risks and issues to maintain operational momentum.
● Present compelling insights and proposals to senior management, shaping the future of our contractor model.
● Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence within our contractor management team.

● Experienced in contractor management, with a track record of success in recruitment and compliance.
