You'll drive the evolution of our self-employed delivery contractor model, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvement.£55,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus £5,688 pa car allowance, bonus and benefits.(Negotiable depending on experience)Your Responsibilities: Develop and implement cutting-edge strategies and procedures to optimise our contractor management processes.Advise and direct or operations teams managing a network of self-employed delivery contractors and delivery rounds across multiple locations.Forge strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and third-party entities.Provide expert guidance on legislative compliance and contract development.Proactively address risks and issues to maintain operational momentum.Present compelling insights and proposals to senior management, shaping the future of our contractor model.Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence within our contractor management team.
