Alchemy Global Talent Solutions is assisting an international Corporate Accommodation provider in the hire for a National Sales Manager The National Sales Manager will drive sales growth and manage client relationships in the corporate accommodation sector. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will also work closely in managing of the sales team. Key Responsibilities: Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Maintain strong client relationships. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients. Lead and mentor the sales team Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Qualifications: 5 years of sales experience, preferably in corporate accommodation or hospitality. Proven track record of meeting sales targets. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Leadership experience with team management capabilities. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office. Ability to travel as needed.
