They are continuing to grow and due to an internal promotion are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales Representatives across the UK. This is a company that understands that there is more to sales than KPIs so you will bring an adaptable and varied approach that allows you to help a varied team to succeed:Working closely with the Country Manager and Territory Managers to ensure individuals are using their full potential to meet targets and contribute to overall business growthUnderstanding the unique situations of different territories and working with the Territory Managers to achieve the best results based on their styles and personalityOverseeing sales and marketing activities throughout the UK to implement specific managements methods to work with the team to achieve sales targets and win new businessInterrogating and analysing data to help inform decisions and approaches to winning salesRequirements:To be successful in the role of National Sales Manager role you will have a demonstrable management record with experience managing a varied team. You will have a solid background in medical device sales with an understanding of the complexities of the primary care market.
