About the Role: As an English Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to students across a range of levels. You will play a vital role in helping students develop their language and literary skills, preparing them for future academic and career success. You may be required to deliver GCSE or Functional Skills English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons
• Develop and implement creative teaching strategies to engage and motivate students
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback
• Support students in developing their language and literary skills

Requirements:

• Level 5 or equivalent teaching qualification
• Degree in English or related subject
• Experience teaching English at secondary or further education level
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to student success and continuous professional development
