Job Title: nCino Lead EngineerLocation: Bristol or London (Hybrid 2 to 3 days)Contractor Rate: £550 per dayDuration: 4 MonthsNumber of Positions: 1Role Description:We are seeking an experienced nCino Lead Engineer with over 4 years of consulting or direct experience in Core Banking Services, including Deposits, Lending, and Digital Banking Platforms. This role involves at least one full lifecycle implementation within Banking/Financial Institutions and proficiency in at least two of the following nCino modules: Relationship Management, Loan/Opportunity Management, Credit Memo, Covenant, Collateral, and Force.com. The candidate should hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or have equivalent experience.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily development activities on the Salesforce.com platform using Apex and Visual Force.Support the creation of customizations and integrations required for solution delivery.Lead business discussions and configure the Salesforce.com application based on business requirements.Develop custom applications using Apex, Visual Force, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, and CSS.Apply best practices and experience to build Salesforce.com applications.Develop estimates for projects.Collaborate closely with other developers, business analysts, QA analysts, and project managers.Research Salesforce.com capabilities as needed to meet business requirements and provide gap analysis.Manage multiple assignments and deadlines.Key Skills/Knowledge/Experience:Proven experience in nCino application design, team mentoring, managing technical discussions with customers, and excellent development experience.Mandatory experience with the nCino portal.Minimum 5 years of experience developing and customizing Salesforce.com applications using web services, Apex, LWC, Visual Force, Eclipse IDE, and Data Loader.Over 5 years of experience working with clients and vendors to develop solutions and support projects from requirements gathering to release management.Mandatory experience with Salesforce Lightning.Experience integrating Salesforce.com with other applications.Expertise in data migration and conversion.Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.Preferred Certifications:Salesforce certification.nCino certification (201 or 301) is mandatory.
