Job Title: Neighbourhood Officer
Location: Ipswich
Pay Rate: �23 Umbrella

The Role

• To provide an effective proactive Neighbourhood management service.
• To be responsible for the management of communal spaces, facilities and HRA land within Babergh and Mid Suffolk Districts with a focus on the health, safety and the welfare of residents.
• Support colleagues within the Housing Service to provide excellent customer service, resolve complaints and develop service improvements based on customer feedback.
• The role will work across service areas and require a joined-up approach to achieve both the individual and team targets.
• Develop a range of mechanisms to engage with communities and support them in making improvements to both the physical and natural environment.

The Candidate

• Valid Uk Driving Licence
• Relevant Housing Qualification at NVQ4/HNC/Degree level or with experience of estate and Neighbourhood management.
