Are you an experienced Neighbourhood Officer looking for your next opportunity? We are recruiting for a temporary Neighbourhood Officer to join a housing organisation and provide excellent tenancy and estate management services.
Your key responsibilities as a Neighbourhood Officer will include:

• Managing a patch of properties, ensuring tenants receive high-quality housing services.
• Tackling tenancy management issues such as ASB, breaches, and general housing queries.
• Conducting estate inspections to ensure neighbourhood standards are met.
• Working collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies to support residents.

This role is based in Hertfordshire and is offered on a temporary basis with a competitive hourly rate of �23 - �26 per hour (via umbrella).
