Elevate Projects are working with a valued client to appoint a Neighbourhood Response Officer. A�fantastic opportunity to work in a�customer facing role,�carrying out visits to neighbourhoods and customers in there homes,�covering a�patch of around 600 properties in the area.�

As a Neighbourhood Response Officer you will:

• Conduct viewings and sign ups�


• Tenancy Breaches�


• Arrears visits�


• Attend court hearings�


• Estate inspections�


• Carry out investigations�of ASB


• Tenancy reviews and mutual exchanges�

It is essential to have housing sector and similair working�experience, it's�necessary to have a driving licence and your own car.��
