Network & Cyber Security Engineer

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Networking / Cyber Security Engineer for one of the fastest growing Engineering Consultancy's who support some of the UK's biggest projects in the Energy & Utilities sector.

Responsibilities:

* Leading in the design, configuration and development of wide range of network infrastructure projects.

* Lead project workstreams

* Deploy and configure or virtual machine servers

* Upgrade and configure of site SCADA Systems and/or AVEVA System platform

* Hardware replacements inclding firewalls, switches and servers.

Requirements:

* Demonstrate a track record of expertise in Networking, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Cyber Security or related field.

* Ideally knowledge of Energy or Utilities sectors

* Cyber security knowledge and experience

* Hands on experience with AVEVA and/or SCADA Systems

* Strong understanding or network architectures inclduing IP addressing, VLAN usage, vitualisation technology...
