Project activities, collaborating closely with a team of talented Network Analysts. As a key member of the team, you will play an integral role in ensuring network performance, resolving incidents, and contributing to project-based initiatives. Your work will involve supporting and enhancing the capabilities of enterprise networks while gaining valuable professional development.
Key Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot and Configure Enterprise Networks: Utilize your expertise to diagnose and resolve network issues across a variety of enterprise environments.
- Incident Management: Take responsibility for network incident diagnostics and resolution, ensuring minimal disruption to service.
- Network Change Implementation: Support and implement network changes as required to optimize the network infrastructure.
- Project Support: Assist both internal and external project managers with network-related tasks, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Continuous Development: Enhance your technical skills and knowledge through professional training, certifications, and hands-on experience.
Required Skills & Experience:- Proven Network Support Experience: Strong background in supporting enterprise-level networks, with valid technical certifications that demonstrate your proficiency in networking.
- Expertise in Cisco ACI: Extensive experience working with Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure) software-defined networks, including multi-site and multi-pod environments.
- Firewall Support: Proficient in supporting a variety of firewalls including Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Cisco Firepower, Cisco ASA, and AnyConnect Remote Access.
- Advanced Troubleshooting: Skilled in identifying and resolving routing issues, with a deep understanding of protocols like BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
- Comprehensive Networking Knowledge: Solid grasp of networking protocols, such as IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
