Personal Profile:
* Extensive experience in Implementation and Support in LAN/WAN/MAN architectures, with advanced knowledge of Routers, L2/L3 Switches and firewalls
* Technical support to over 170 engineers
* Track record of effective team management and development of co-workers
* Adapt to new technology and perform under pressure with extensive skill set supporting and implementing multi-vendor solutions
* Pre and post sales experience with excellent presentation skills
