Language Requirement: Fluent German essential
£50,000 - £75,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (Double OTE model) + Car Allowance + Comp Bens
Applause IT are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our client's EMEA team, focusing on both Account Management and New Business development. This role aims to increase new business and upsell opportunities for our Engineering Information Management (EIM) software solutions.
Their products deliver business value by improving workflows, auditability, and contract compliance in asset-intensive industries such as Energy, Utilities, Construction, Mining, and Transport. They offer both Cloud Software-as-a-Service and on-premise solutions with configuration services.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve assigned revenue goals
Focus on German and UK markets within EMEA
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline
Manage key customer relationships and close strategic opportunities
Respond to tenders/RFPs
Manage virtual teams to work on and close transactions
Forecast quarterly performance accurately
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Monitor market and competitor activity
Participate in trade shows and marketing events
Keep CRM system updated
