As a New Business Development Manager you will...
- Be responsible for targeting potential customers at National & Key Account level across multiple channels including Grocery, Highstreet & Ecommerce
- Work collaboratively with the wider Marketing & Commercial team, to plan and implement new business development strategies
- Work collaboratively with the Account Managers to ensure successful negotiation and implementation of new JBPs
- Be on it with lead generation, in order to open new doors to maximize growth

To be a New Business Development Manager you will need...
- A proven track record of securing new business wins and successfully growing accounts
- Experience and knowledge of the FMCG industry (ideally within non-food)
- Knowledge / Experience of NPD, own-label/ tailored products would be preferred
- To be a true 'hunter' with a drive & passion for business development
