New Business Development Manager

With an impressive and varied portfolio, including land, development opportunities, and residential properties, our client is a key player in the property market. They host weekly online auctions and monthly events at a prestigious hotel in Knightsbridge, attracting top-tier clientele and investors.
They are seeking a dynamic and motivated New Business Development Manager (NBDM) to join their team in Battersea. This is an exciting opportunity for a property market professional with a strong background in valuations and new business acquisition. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in expanding the company's portfolio by securing new sale instructions (land, commercial, and residential) for their auction house.
Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively bring in new business opportunities to the auction house.
• Focus exclusively on acquiring new sale instructions across the UK.
• Conduct valuations for potential sales, both desktop and in-person.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless onboarding of new instructions.
• Maintain a high level of motivation and enthusiasm in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in property valuations and new business development within the property industry.
• A self-motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
• A passion for the property market and a drive to succeed.

Benefits:

• Competitive basic salary between £45,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience).
• OTE between £95,000 - £105,000
• Attractive commission structure, paid on the exchange of contracts for the NBDM's instructions.

Hours: Full-Time, Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM, with one Saturday per month
