Our client based in the East Midlands has been established for 20 years within the signage and print sector. Due to recent investment in new software and machinery they have increased capacity and therefore are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join its team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to develop new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

They have impressive plant list including inhouse Design, CAD, Production and Finishing, their kit includes, Arizona Flat Beds, Colorado Roll to Roll, Mimaki's, 3D Printer, Zund and Kongsberg Cutters, Lasers, Acrylic and Wood Fabrication, Sewing and Eyeletting Machines etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation.
  • \n
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their signage and branding needs.
  • \n
  • Conduct face-to-face and virtual sales presentations to showcase a wide range of signage and print solutions.
  • \n
  • Prepare and present tailored quotations and proposals to potential clients.
  • \n
  • Work towards and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • \n
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Candidate Requirements:

\n
    \n
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within signage, POS and / or large format graphics
  • \n
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • \n
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to sales and business development.
  • \n
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects efficiently.
  • \n
  • A results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • \n
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • \n
  • A valid driver's license may be required, depending on the role.
  • \n
