Will have the ability to demonstrate achieved and exceeded targets in Commercial Insurance sales. Will� develop the professional capabilities of team members, ensuring that the department is fully operational.
Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive growth of the Company
Create MI reports as required to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, customer retention rates, and average deal size
Proven Commercial Insurance sales experience with a track record of meeting targets. Have an ability to work independently and in a team.
Experience with Acturis is a plus.
