New home Mortgage Advisor

The Role:

We are seeking experienced Mortgage Advisors with a background in New Build mortgages. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful, well-established team where all appointments are pre-qualified, with no cold calling involved.

Location - Fully remote or hybrid working available in Cheshire

Salary and commission:

• Basic salary: £25,000


• Guaranteed monthly amount: £500 for the first 6 months 


• Up to 30% commission paid on a tired basis


• Realistic OTE: £60,000 - £65,000

Leads:

• All appointments are pre-qualified and reserved with house builders before being scheduled into your calendar.


• No cold calling – focus solely on qualified leads.

Overall Package & Benefits:

• 20 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing to 25 days
