New Homes Property Consultant

Dove & Hawk are now partnered with a large, established independent estate agency based in Essex, who are looking experienced Property Consultant with a passion for selling luxury homes.
This position will be based at an exclusive development in Upminster, where homes start at £1.5 million. You'll begin by selling off-plan properties, transitioning to show unit and stock unit sales as the development progresses.
Key Responsibilities:

• Actively source and engage potential buyers
• Schedule and conduct property viewings
• Promote the development through various channels
• Manage the offer process, reservation fees, and sales progression
• Collaborate with the New Homes Director on client meetings, feedback, and sales strategies
• Cross-sell additional services within the company, including mortgage services and valuation referrals, with opportunities for bonuses

What We're Looking For:

• A proven track record in outbound telephone sales, driving appointments and closing deals
• Highly motivated and target-oriented, with a commitment to exceptional customer service
• Previous experience in property sales, particularly within new homes developments
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach

Salary: £45,000 OTE (Basic: £32,500 per annum)
Hours of Work: Working a 5 day week, to include Saturday and Sunday 09:30am to 5:30pm.
