Ideal for an experienced Dental Practice Receptionist, a Qualified Dental Nurse, or a Treatment Coordinator (TCO), this position combines hospitality, sales, and patient care.What Does a New Patient Coordinator Do?As a New Patient Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for:Converting Enquiries into Appointments: Your primary objective is to guide potential patients from enquiry to consultation. By confidently explaining our services and benefits, you’ll ensure patients feel informed and excited about their next steps.Delivering Exceptional Private Dental Hospitality: Provide a warm, professional, and welcoming experience for every patient, ensuring their concerns are heard and addressed.Driving Growth: Play an integral role in increasing patient numbers by achieving monthly conversion targets and helping our practice thrive.Building Trust: Act as the first point of contact for new patients, demonstrating empathy and professionalism to build confidence in our services.Your Key Responsibilities:Manage Patient Journeys: Be the first point of contact for new patients, guiding them with care and expertise.Engage & Communicate: Promptly handle enquiries via phone, email, and other communication platforms, ensuring all patient questions are answered thoroughly and confidently.Facilitate Consultations: Organise and confirm patient appointments with precision, ensuring every detail aligns with their needs and expectations.Present Costs Clearly: Answer questions about basic treatments and costs, offering clear and accurate information to new enquiries.Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with dentists, nurses, and support staff to ensure a seamless transition from enquiry to consultation.Achieve Results: Meet and exceed monthly targets for new patient bookings, contributing to the overall growth of the practice.Maintain Excellence: Uphold practice protocols, policies, and data security standards while contributing to a well-organised, high-performing team.What We’re Looking For:This is not a typical receptionist or dental nurse role.
