With a commitment to integrity, transparency, and collaboration, we foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.Position Overview: As a New Sales Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth across the EMEA region. This role requires an exceptional individual with a proven track record in selling and closing retail software technology solutions. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored retail solutions that meet our clients' needs.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the EMEA region.Identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging your network and industry knowledge.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within client organizations.Understand client needs and tailor our retail solutions to meet those needs effectively.Lead and manage the sales process from initial contact to contract closure, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.Collaborate with internal teams, including consulting and technical experts, to deliver compelling proposals and presentations.Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.Qualifications:Minimum of 10 years of experience in consulting and selling retail software technology solutions.Worked for one of the top 5 consulting firms with proven record sales.Demonstrated success in sales and closing deals in the retail solutions sector.Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive and results-oriented approach.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.Located in the UK, with the flexibility to work remotely.Why Join?Dynamic Team Environment: Join a team of passionate and ingenious consultants dedicated to solving client challenges with innovative solutions.Professional Growth: You will never stop learning.
