Job Description Operational Delivery Programme Lead
Location: Bexhill, East Sussex / Hybrid
Job Type: Temporary
Duration of booking: Expected to last 18-24 months with possible extension
Proposed start date: ASAP
Pay Rates: Up to £47 per hour Umbrella or £43 per hour PAYE inclusive of holiday pay
Hours / Working Days: 37.5 hours per week / Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

JOB SUMMARY
Our client is delivering a new state of the art mental health hospital for working age and older people.
The new hospital will provide 54 inpatient beds, indoor and outdoor therapeutic spaces, fresh cook catering, a neuromodulation suite and office space for clinical staff
To lead on all aspects of operational delivery for the programme of work to transition inpatient services from the Department of Psychiatry.
To be responsible for the development and delivery of the operational programme to ensure effective preparation and transfer of services to the new hospital including workforce preparation and training, familiarisation for staff and service users, strategy for equipment procurement...
