Role - Night Senior Care assistant�

Location - Chorley, Lancashire�

Contract - Permanent�

Hours - Full Time 8pm-8am on 2 week rolling rota

Job Role:

As a Senior Care assistant you will be responsible to work closely with Family's, Care assistant and support management with day to day duties.�

Senior Care assistant are required to work with Vulnerable older adults who may have dementia or other health needs.�

Ensuring high quality care provided to the residents and supporting the care assistant.�

Take responsibilities in mentorship, inductions, training of staff and acting as a role model.�

Ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, desire to want to be in a responsible role or eager to step up in to a senior role and work with likeminded individuals.�

Ideal Candidate:

Worked in Social care or similar sector�

had some duties or worked as a responsible individual senior level�

NVQ level 2 or 3 - More Desirable not essential�

Happy to work 8pm - 8am�
