Night Shift Production Manager

Night Shift Production Manager, Corby, £60,000
We are looking to recruit a Night shift Production Manager, ideally with experience of a fast-paced food production environment.
Exposure to lean manufacturing including 5s, Kaizan and Kanban would be advantageous for this role. This role requires the Production Manager to be extremely driven and have a proven track record within a similar role, continuous process management, be team orientated, have excellent decision-making ability, as well as be a good communicator to all levels of personnel.
 
As the Production manager you will be responsible for the management of the production shift team.
You will be directly responsible for the management of 4 direct reports, and indirectly responsible for a team of 60 - 100 people.
Typical daily workload will comprise of:
·Man management & team building of the production team
·Monitoring production KPI's
·Continuous improvements within production
·Reliability.
·Budget and cost control.
