Night Support Worker

We're looking for compassionate and reliable Night Support Workers to join our team and provide essential care to those who need it most. This is a permanent position in and around the Lancaster area. This role offers a competitive pay rate, reflecting your experience and expertise.

• Create a home away from home: You'll be the rock for our young people, supporting them in their day-to-day lives, helping them with independent living skills, and creating a happy and welcoming environment.
• Make learning fun: From supporting them to attend school to organising exciting activities, you'll be a part of a 24-hour curriculum that makes learning fun and engaging.
• Build lasting relationships: We celebrate the individuality and talents of each young person. You'll build trust and become a positive role model, guiding them towards a positive future.
