Due to team expansion, we are currently looking for�a�Nights only, Mechanical Maintenance�Engineer�to be based on the European head office for a large Office co-working company,�for a Well-Established�Facilities Maintenance company, working across a state-of-the-art commercial office in Waterloo.�The ideal candidate will be responsible for all M&E duties across site as well as any other tasks that may arise on a day to day basis.

Duties and Responsibilities for a Nights Engineer:

• Provide a reactive and proactive maintenance service


• Provide a multi-skilled maintenance service, which covers electrical and mechanical disciplines


• Liaise with sub-contractors and external suppliers


• Take ownership of tools and equipment provided and ensure they are maintained to an appropriate standard


• Liaise with client/management
