Are you looking for a rewarding role with a global plastic manufacturer based in Southampton? Our client is on the lookout for dedicated Factory operators to join their dynamic team!

Location: Woolston, Southampton

Pay: �11.44 per hour (rising to �11.98)

Shift: Night shift, 6 PM - 6 AM, 4 days on 4 days off

Morning Shifts, 6 AM - 6 PM, 4 days on 4 days off

As a production operative you will be:

• Operating machinery to support production
• Working as part of a friendly, hardworking team
• Ensuring quality standards are met

What We're Looking For:

• Previous factory or machine operating experience is a bonus, but full training will be provided.
• A can-do attitude and reliable work ethic.
• Reliable, dependable and keen to learn.
