- Managing night-shift operations.

Profile
A successful Shift Manager should:
- Have previously worked in a busy, high volume FMCG environment.
- Be an excellent manager with exceptional management skills.
- Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Hold Level 3 in Food Safety and Level 3 in HACCP.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a drive for continuous improvement.
- Be prepared to work on a permanent nights, panama shift pattern.
