A leading law firm is currently recruiting for a Solicitor to join their non-contentious construction team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years' relevant experience in the non-contentious construction sector. This role offers flexibility and can be based in either the Edinburgh or Glasgow office.
The team focuses on:
The construction aspects of major property developments and regeneration projects, including development agreements, building contracts, bonds, guarantees, and professional appointments.
Significant engineering projects, particularly in the energy sector, including onshore wind, hydro, battery storage, solar, tidal/wave, etc. Projects are located throughout the UK.
Clients include developers, contractors, public sector bodies, funders, and consultants.
The Role:
