What you will need:
A proven background in senior sales, business development, or commercial roles within a plastic fabrication business with a turnover of £2M to £20M.
Expertise in advising on and shaping marketing and sales strategies.
Strategic planning experience with the ability to guide decision-making at the board level.
Availability to attend six bi-monthly board meetings in person and to participate remotely in monthly sales meetings.What's next?
