Responsibilities:

• To prescribe the 4 dementia medications: Donepezil, Galantamine, Rivastigmine and Memantine.
• To review medications and continue prescribing, only when appropriate.
• Maintain detailed notes of medications & dosage provided to patient.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Fully enhanced valid DBS
• Must hold non-medical prescriber V300 Qualification
• Must have experience prescribing.

Rate Breakdown:
�31ph LTD | PAYE Inclusive: �27.81
We offer a �250 bonus for starting a contract with SCS.
